"I CHOOSE YOU FOR LIFE."

Jasim + Noalle

I had so much fun shooting this wedding and even more fun reliving it in the editing room. Noalle's laugh is infectious and her joy will cut straight to your feels. These two have such an adoration, respect, and love for each other. Their vows - oh goodness - were so eloquent and personal and amazing. This was my first Persian wedding and I certainly hope it's not the last. This group knew how to rock the dance floor! Thanks for trusting me to capture your day! Congrats!!!

Mark + Alyssa

Shoutout to my beautiful sister for connecting me to TWO beautiful brides this summer. I had a lot of fun in Tulsa capturing Mark and Alyssa's day. It seems as if they thought of everything down to every detail! Outside of a snarky comment via the minister making a "joke" about how many cameras were present for the ceremony, there was some very beautiful thoughts shared during this ceremony. It is very clear to see that these two are perfect for each other. It is evident that this day couldn't come any sooner, as they were so ready say I do! Of course, I'm always game for a reception that includes a dancing grandma who decorates her walker with glow sticks! I hope you all enjoy this snapshot into the Ivy love story!

Sooners4Haiti

My second time invited to document the Sooners4Haiti trip. Each year, since 2010, student athletes from The University of Oklahoma travel to Haiti to partner with Mission of Hope . They essentially do whatever is needed of them; when you have around 40 able bodied athletes, typically it's a good amount of manual labor. It's pretty awesome to watch a large group of young(er) kids serve so selflessly.

Karson + Kathryn

Kathryn (Sapps) has been a friend of my sister since High School. In fact many of her friends have stuck together from high school, through college, and into young adulthood. What a fun thing for a friend group to experience and celebrate so much life together! Their long history made this wedding even sweeter! Karson and Kathryn married at Oaks Country Club in Tulsa and every single detail was gorgeous. Kathryn runs an awesome blog, Slate and Gold and it's plain to see she has an impeccable eye for beauty! Check it out to read more about some of the details she included on their big day! Thanks for letting me a small part of your wedding - congrats you two!!!

Sean + Hayley

From my initial meeting with Hayley, one thing was blazing obvious -- she's flippin gorgeous.  And the more time I spent with her I quickly discovered her gentleness and kindness, as well as her love for her man, Sean. They had a late-in-the-game venue change, which landed them in the heart of OKC, just outside the Civic Center, but that didn't get in the way of Hayley's pure joy and excitement throughout the whole day. There was plenty of beautiful back drops between ALOFT hotel, the greenery outside, and Devon Tower in the distance. Sean and Hayley did not have a first look but exchanged some of the sweetest cards and gifts. Each read their's out loud and, let me tell you, it was hard to keep shooting as I wiped the tears from my face. They were married in an elegantly decorated open tent in the mall outside of the Civic Center.  Check out the groom's reaction in this one, it's adorable. Their short and sweet ceremony preceded an all-night party. Complete with a surprise dance number--courtesy of Sean and Hayley's parents, grandparents, and other adults who had invested into their lives. Yes there was feather boas. Yes it was awesome. Yes it's included in the video. Yes it concluded with everyone joining in putting their hands up and shouting. This two-stepping couple is one of the prettiest and head-over-heels-for-each-other, couple's I've been blessed to shoot and I am so thankful I was able to witness this gorgeous union!
