I knew I was gonna get a long with Alexis when she showed me her marquise diamond ring -- I happen to bear a marquise too! Matt and Alexis have such a sweet relationship, I loved hearing from their friends and family during their rehearsal dinner and I think you will too! Also, their adorable dog came along for portraits, so of course I had to include it!

"FOR. LIKE. EVER."

Sean + Danielle

The phrase “best of both worlds” might be the best way to describe this wedding. Sean and Danielle kept things intimate and invited only a small group of family to witness their personal vow exchange. Then guests arrived for a baller party that literally kicked off with a bang! We did a "morning after shoot" a couple days later and ran off to the Wichita Mountains for some gorgeous portraits!

Dustin + Lauren

This day was planned out so perfectly. Beautiful details, a gorgeous setting, and a timeless love story! Dustin and Lauren were surrounded by people they loved and their joy is so apparent! Lauren also planned and pulled off a great surprise - secretly booking a live band for the reception. I am a huge fan of live music and I think it made the night!

Why Lauren wanted a wedding video : "As much as pictures are great to look through, I wanted video so I could relive the day over and over. I want to capture the moments that I don't get to see, like my bridesmaids walking down the aisle, guests having fun, and the guys getting ready. I also just want to have the footage to be able to look back on and reminisce about our special day."

BOB'S STORY

37 years ago, Bob was in a terrible car accident one week into his year-long mission in Lagos, Nigeria. The accident left him a quadriplegic. This is a story of his grief and perseverance.

To the right Bob is pictured with his beautiful family. This photo was taken at his daughters wedding in 2017.

My favorite thing Bob says - "Sometimes we do need to weep, sometimes we do need to grieve, sometimes just the guttural part of us has to come out as part of our healing. There has been many times when I cried...there have been many times where my heart has hurt. But then the sun always comes out...and I find ways to move forward."

Rich + Kaylyn

Their original plan was to elope but in the end they wanted friends, family, and a party. Wanting to keep a level of intimacy, I suggested Rich and Kaylyn exchange vows privately during the first look! It was the perfect compromise and added so much personality to their film!
